Canadian Forces Museum of Aerospace Defence
The Canadian Forces Museum of Aerospace Defence (CFMAD) is unique, being the only museum of its kind in Canada.
Take a journey through time and see the evolution of air defence and the contributions Canadians have made, such as:
- Exhibits on WWI and WWII
- Ground Observation Corps
- Radar lines
- Squadron history
- NORAD
- Vintage air force uniforms
- Donations
Many donations of material and a substantial amount of money assisted with the opening of the CFMAD. Donors are recognized on top of the Benefactor's Board displayed in the museum. Monetary donations are represented by different aircraft for various levels of contribution. Volunteers are the heart of the CFMAD and their time and effort unsure the continued existence of the museum. THE CFMAD is a non-profit organization that thrives on the help of others and we welcome all donations of time, money, and air defence related artifacts.
