SEWER & WATER CHARGEHAND
Under the direction of the Operations Supervisor, Water and Wastewater the incumbent will oversee and assist a crew in locating, inspecting, unclogging, cleaning, maintaining, repairing and installing sewer and water apparatus. The Chargehand is responsible for the efficient use and control of materials and equipment and the completion of necessary reports. A key function of this role is ensuring adherence to City Safety Policies and Procedures as well as the Ontario Occupational Health and Safety Act and Regulations.
